The evening commenced with the welcome address by Mr. Mansukh Kothari, Convener, Events, GJEPC to an audience of 170+ members followed by a presentation on how Ahmedabad has all it takes to become the next Export Hub of India by Mr. Jigar Soni, President JAA. Sumit Sengar, Head BIS, Ahmedabad informed the attendees that over 10 crores items are already hallmarked as on date, a remarkable achievement. His team presented elaborate details on BIS and Hallmarking. Mr. Somsundaram PR, Regional CEO, World Gold Council revealed exciting insights on Gold Jewellery Campaign *You are Gold* Campaign. Mr.Ashok Gautam, IIBX joined the program virtually and explained about various services offered by IIBX. An informative session was presented on Qualified Jewellers by Mr.Ranjith Singh, BSE . Mr. Sabyasachi Ray, ED, GJEPC briefed on various initiatives taken by GJEPC for the benefit of its Members. Mr. Mansukh Kothari took on the dais again to throw light on new features of IIJS Premiere 2022. The evening was concluded with an interactive session of Panelists and Members.
