It has come to our notice that some unscrupulous vendors / jewelers / traders are unauthorizedly using and infringing our trademarks by issuing fake EGL India certificates in the diamond market and all transactions thereunder amount to criminal offences of forgery, cheating and fraud. Therefore before entering into any transaction purportedly under our aforesaid Trade Marks and Logo, public is cautioned and advised to check the authenticity by visiting our Website www.eglindia.com for online verification or physical verification at any of our braches to avoid any loss, damage or action in law.

Any person doing so is immediately called upon to cease and desist from any unauthorized use of our trademarks in relation to distribution, advertisement, identification and sales of such products or services otherwise we will have no choice but to pursue all legal remedies including filing of a lawsuit and claim DAMAGES to protect our interests
