About Digital JRSA GJSCI has recently launched its first virtual Digital JRSA course. This is meant to be REFRESHER
course for already working sales staff of individual jewellers as well as jewellery store chains.
The course focuses on all important aspects of jewellery retail like personal grooming & etiquettes, Roles & Responsibilities of sales personnel, Closure of Sales till billing, Handling of customer enquires & complaints etc. It has total 29 units under 5 modules.
